No-Sugar No-Cook Quick "Cheesecake" Dessert

2 wholewheat crackers (Fox's Wholemeal Crackers)
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
4 teaspoons jam (St Dalfour and Clearspring are only sweetened with fruit concentrate)
